My son loves to eat at Red Lobster!🦞
Red Lobster in Johnson City TN was great. The food was tasty and fresh. Austin T was my server and did everything right. We did not run out of tea. He offered to-go cups and brought to-go boxes as I requested. Austin knew how to accept a mobile dessert coupon, which isn't always the case. Perfect!
I came here for my birthday just to get the crab leg special and I was SO happy with my choice and my server! I'll definitely be back on other Tuesdays for the crab legs

Red Lobster, a long-standing favorite for many, has been facing some challenges but still holds a special place in the hearts of its customers. One customer recently thought the restaurant had shut down due to changes in the menu and increased prices. While the food was good, they were surprised to find that the restaurant was out of crab leg crackers. It seems more staff are needed, as one server struggled with a busy workload but still managed to provide great service.
Despite some issues, many visitors cherish their experiences at Red Lobster. One family celebrated a special birthday there, and their server, Chelsea, went above and beyond to make their visit memorable. Another guest shared a touching story about their late Nana, who used to take them to the restaurant. Chelsea listened to their memories and brought out a complimentary piece of key lime pie in honor of their Nana, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to hospitality. Manager Liz was also praised for her kindness. Overall, while Red Lobster faces some challenges, it continues to create meaningful moments for its guests.
