Red Lobster, a long-standing favorite for many, has been facing some challenges but still holds a special place in the hearts of its customers. One customer recently thought the restaurant had shut down due to changes in the menu and increased prices. While the food was good, they were surprised to find that the restaurant was out of crab leg crackers. It seems more staff are needed, as one server struggled with a busy workload but still managed to provide great service.

One family celebrated a special birthday there, and their server, Chelsea, went above and beyond to make their visit memorable. Another guest shared a touching story about their late Nana, who used to take them to the restaurant. Chelsea listened to their memories and brought out a complimentary piece of key lime pie in honor of their Nana, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to hospitality. Manager Liz was also praised for her kindness. Overall, while Red Lobster faces some challenges, it continues to create meaningful moments for its guests.
