Everything is made fresh to order, including homemade salsa’s. The balance of meat, onion, cilantro, and lime hits exactly right. Specific meals mentioned include the asada quesadilla, the Birria Mula, and the quesabirria tacos, which have incredibly tender meat with a rich and flavorful consommé. The esquites (street corn) is a must-try. This spot is fast, serious satisfying, and the kind of place you keep coming back to. A word of advice: don't try eating the quesabirria while driving.
