The best tacos in town and a great service, they are always very nice.
Just heard @Calverasjc yesterday and went today. Service was wonderful. Food and presentation were awesome as well. I will go back!

Based on the reviews, Calaveras JC is a little raccoon truck that serves the best authentic Mexican food in the Tri-Cities and beyond. The food is simple, authentic, and consistently delicious. The meat is the star—perfectly cooked, tender and lean, packed with flavor, and handled with care. The tortillas are soft, fresh, and warm with a homemade feel. Everything is made fresh to order, including homemade salsa’s. The balance of meat, onion, cilantro, and lime hits exactly right. Specific meals mentioned include the asada quesadilla, the Birria Mula, and the quesabirria tacos, which have incredibly tender meat with a rich and flavorful consommé. The esquites (street corn) is a must-try. This spot is fast, serious satisfying, and the kind of place you keep coming back to. A word of advice: don't try eating the quesabirria while driving.
