“Let me just say, thank you to the girl working today she made my burger correctly with special instructions over the phone. Pleasant experiences every time I go to Vegan Town. Love the vegan quesadilla, waffles, today I got the Big Daddy burger and fries both were hot and fresh! I also enjoyed the Açaí smoothie as well. So very good with nutritional ingredients to live a vegetarian lifestyle!“

“I never post to the internet but I am posting my first restaurant review ever. We enjoyed a fabulous meal this evening at Timber. My only regret is we did not find this restaurant sooner. I will say that this restaurant is for the more adventurous diner. We decided to create our own tapas dinner. From the starter menu we chose warm stuffed dates and the spicy potato hand pie. From the small plate menu we ordered the brussel sprouts, and they may be the best brussel sprouts I have ever eaten. From the main menu we decided to share the braised chicken legs. Every part of this dining experience was fantastic. Iris provided outstanding service and guidance with the menu. Timber is not the fanciest restaurant but the food was incredible. Iris told us that parts of the menu change every week and I would highly suggest making reservations ahead of time. It is not the type of restaurant where I will eat every week, but it will certainly be on our rotation. They do have hamburgers and fried chicken sandwiches for the less adventurous diners. I truly hope that others in Johnson City discover this gem and support it. Wow just wow! We used to drive to Asheville to eat at restaurants like the Admiral but there is no reason to make that trip anymore. Enjoy!“

“The food and coffee were both excellent. The owner is a coffee roaster. My spouse had a cubano coffee and said it was very impressed, which is a complement comming from a Cuban who is very picky about his coffee.“

“We have eaten at White Duck Taco locations in Asheville, NC, and Chattanooga, TN, so when we saw there was one in Johnson City - attached to Yee Haw Brewing no less! - we knew this was our dinner spot on a recent trip. Did not disappoint. All the tacos are good but we loved the Bahn Mi and the Shrimp and Grits tacos! White Duck’s menu is fun, creative, affordable, and always tasty.“

“My friends and family LOVE Babylon. Delicious food, friendly staff, and affordable prices. We’ve been getting orders from this place for several weeks now and they even remember our order! “I am being slightly generous with the ratings because I really appreciate local businesses and want them to succeed. There are some improvements needed. The service can really vary with each visit. I have about 3 favorite smoothies, but many of the others are sub par. The store could use an ambiance upgrade. Unfortunately, the store hours are not conducive to morning hours. A smoothie is something often desired in the morning and opening after 9 AM is not helpful for working folks. I will continue to support the business occasionally, and hope that improvements are recognized and acted upon. Thank you.“

“Had the Classic Chicken and fries. Of course I had to have the honey croissant at the beginning. The food was excellent for the price paid. My server Kimberly was very attentive and did a great job refilling my drinks and bringing me different sauces.

I paid $13.12 for the huge chicken sandwich with fries and iced tea and of course the croissant. Will definitely come back the next time I’m in Johnson City“
