I’ve tried several pitaya bowls at Java Juice House, but this time I went specifically for their mermaid bowl (which is really just the blue base). It’s kind of coconut-y and more subtle than I expected. But I got it with strawberries, banana, granola, almond butter and coconut flakes. Delish! And it’s a great hot summer afternoon snack if you get the small bowl.
