The atmosphere is a lot better than the food! We got the wings, which is literally what they’re known for and they were beyond dry and disgusting. I do recommend their cauliflower wings. They’re actually worth a crap.
Worst phone customer service ever. No matter what day or time of day it takes them 10 minutes to pick up the phone and put you on hold . Buffalo Wild Wings offers a great dining experience, featuring friendly and attentive servers like Dillon and Amity, who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. The food is generally good, with juicy burgers and awesome wings being highlights. Recent reviews mention the tasty Medium sauce and crispy tenders, with portion sizes that meet expectations. However, there have been some issues, such as inconsistent fries and flavors in certain dishes. The atmosphere is welcoming for families, and diners appreciate the comfortable sound level appropriate for the number of customers. Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings provides a solid dining experience but may require some improvement in specific areas.
