Everything was great! Juicy burgers, awesome wings! The server was friendly and attentive. The only negative was that I ordered a second chicken tender dinner to go, and when I got home, they were the wrong kind (not battered).

We ordered 3 meals, one Nashville hot chicken sandwich and two ten piece bone in wings. The sandwich came out first and the wings 15 minutes later. The sandwich was incorrect and the fries were cold and chewy. No complaints on the wings, they were okay. This was the second time we have visited both times we had the same type of service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 45 minutes fir food and it was cold. Cheese wasn't even melted. It wasn't busy either but 80% of staff was standing around talking. No fork, no napkins and no ice in our drinks . By far the worst dining experience I have had. One family won't make a difference but I will never go back.

I realize there is a bar but it is also a place for family. Men in the bar area were very loud cursing like crazy. The manager should have toned them down there were children

Got take out and waited 45 min for food. I got back to my car and decided take a bite cause i was hungry and it was cold. I thought maybe it was just the wings that mabye came out first but when i got home everything was stale and cold.

Management of this location is terrible! We order online and pick as well as we've dined in once. We attempted to dine in again tonight. We waited 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us just trying to get seated. The waiting area was packed with people trying to place a takeout or trying to pickup an order. The one poor woman was apparently having to work the take out stand and be hostess. This is terrible planning. There were random employees walking around and hanging out near the kitchen. We left and went to the next sports bar right down the road. We were greeted and seated immediately. Go there instead! BWW lost at least $100 from us tonight and our business in the future. The last time we ordered take out my husband waited 30 min in the waiting area just to talk to anyone to pick up out order that was placed an hr before and supposed to be ready. He finally got to the front and it hadn't even been filled yet. The take out person lied to us that it was a glitch in the system and they didn't receive our order but an employee passed up and said that's a lie. They checked it and no one filled it. He quit that night. If they would adequately staff then this would be a good place. I bet the employee turnover is ridiculous ?
