“What a wonderful experience walking into Pike House Coffee. It's a vibe, from the customer service to the ambiance and decorations. We are driving through the city and needed a place to work at and get some coffee. I told my husband I wouldn't mind moving here just to come to this coffee shop. Truly a hidden gem. I am leaving a review in the hopes to return again the future.I had a white chocolate latte with 1/2 the sweetness and my husband had the nondairy vanilla latte. Both tasted spectacular 10/10. Thank you to our wonderful barista, he deserves to find a forgotten lottery ticket and retire on a hidden treasure island somewhere. ;)“
“We recently spent a few weeks in Thailand, with friends who had just come from Vietnam. We sought out “authentic, local” food for every meal. We ate in small towns, in small spaces - sometimes nothing more than the front room of someone’s house. And it was wonderful. But after coming back to the Southeast US we weren’t sure we’d be able to eat authentic Southeast Asian food again. But we found this place online, and it had great reviews, so we decided to give it a try, and drive an hour to check it out. SO WORTH IT! “Great customer service, the baristas were very quick and polite. There's a wide range of drinks to choose from too. I'm only in TN for a few days but I'll definitely be coming back. “The only reason I give 4 stars for atmosphere is because from the outside, it was kinda dark to where it looked like it was closed. Store was clean. Staff friendly. Selection was low but it was 6pm on a Sunday. I would recommend but go earlier for better options.“
“Well, I went during the evening, and the service sucked an we even ordered online before we got there, and my wife stood in there for 10 mins, and nobody ever said anything to her. so we went through the drive threw just to get our order and the girl there was so rude, so I recommend that if you go don't go at nite my wife said the morning crew are a lot nicer an she go's there about every morning“

Makes it alot easier since they remember my order lol I tried the one in food city n they can't seem to make a Carmel ribbon crunch correctly let alone make it right with my extras. The person working there was sooooooo helpful. Welcoming, friendly and so nice. Gave out free samples and made suggestions. 11/10 Stars. Wish this place existed where we live in Cali.
