“The only reason I give 4 stars for atmosphere is because from the outside, it was kinda dark to where it looked like it was closed. Store was clean. Staff friendly. Selection was low but it was 6pm on a Sunday. I would recommend but go earlier for better options.“
“Well, I went during the evening, and the service sucked an we even ordered online before we got there, and my wife stood in there for 10 mins, and nobody ever said anything to her. so we went through the drive threw just to get our order and the girl there was so rude, so I recommend that if you go don't go at nite my wife said the morning crew are a lot nicer an she go's there about every morning“

The employees are polite and my drinks have been a consistent quality that I expect from Dunkin.Today deserves a special thanks due to the sweet person working the dine-in register. I had messed up my order via the Dunkin app and missed my opportunity to use a coupon. In my experience, generally employees at most businesses have no idea how to navigate app related issues and just shrug it off. She still honored the coupon outside my order. “My daughter was working there when I happened to pop in. I asked the person serving me if she was there and he replied that he's not allowed to confirm or deny people's schedules or presence. Great answer! That guy didn't know I was her mom, I could have had malicious intentions, and he was smart to respond that way. I am weirdly proud of him, hahaAny other staff I've interacted with has also been helpful and friendly.“
“I used to get bubble tea from here all the time because its right by my house! But the last 3 times I have come the bubble tea has just tasted like water. I noticed that the cups are bigger now, so maybe adjust the recipie to the new cupsize? I would love to come back and get more one day but I really really want the recipie to be fixed so I can come back!! Also the tapioca balls are eh sometimes, sometimes theyre all deformed and stuck together but I can live with that. I cant live with deformed balls + watery taste though. :( Pls fix it!!!“
