“This is the first time we have ever visited a place where the donuts were made fresh to order however you like them. They were AMAZING! Since we had never been there before, we weren't really sure what we were doing. The clerk showed us a card with all the options and also told us that we could create our own. We didn't really notice how to create our own until after we had ordered, so more explicit instructions would be helpful for newbies. However, I HIGHLY recommend this place!“

“We stopped by the Krispy Kreme on Patton Avenue in Asheville today, and I just have to say how wonderful the service was. Every person we interacted with was so kind, welcoming, and helpful.
My daughter Frankie has been dealing with a lot of medical testing, so today was emotionally draining for both of us. This stop may have seemed like a simple doughnut run, but the kindness we received made it feel like so much more. The staff helped turn a hard day into a special memory, and that truly meant a lot to this mom.
We paid cash, and I completely forgot to look for a way to leave a tip—but I hope this review lets the team know how appreciated they are. Thank you for the amazing service, the warm smiles, and for making Frankie’s day a little brighter. We will absolutely be back“

“I recommend Dunkin tho I do not recommend the Dunkin located at 1975 Hendersonville Rd Asheville, NC. I went through the drive through and wanted to try something new-the matcha latte. I normally get a sm decaf hot coffee with three cream and two stevia. Once I purchased it I tasted it. I didn’t like it. I asked for a refund and both the cashier and manager ganged up on me telling me if I ordered it I have to deal with it. The manager did not offer to replace the value of my matcha latte. I’m not sure how she even landed a position in management? I’m not sure if she even cared about delivering quality customer service! I demanded for at least what I normally buy. The manager kept referring to me as “honey.” I have been serving within the banking industry for over 20 years and care to do the most that I can ethically and lawfully speaking for my customers and when I can’t I give and show my empathy. I didn’t give a good survey and I equally phoned corporate. My hope is that no one else is treated as unkindly and as unfairly as I was.“

“Dunkin rocks everywhere! If there's any one thing....they're somewhat inconsistent with the Snackin Bacon. It will come out from per.fec.tion all the way down to carbon chips. It doesn't matter the location. I travel a lot for work and it's the same everywhere. However, my wife is an extremely picky eater and I was lucky to have any of the Snackin Bacon from this location, once she got hold of it, she wasn't giving it up - she loved it. 😁“
