“This is the first time we have ever visited a place where the donuts were made fresh to order however you like them. They were AMAZING! Since we had never been there before, we weren't really sure what we were doing. The clerk showed us a card with all the options and also told us that we could create our own. We didn't really notice how to create our own until after we had ordered, so more explicit instructions would be helpful for newbies. However, I HIGHLY recommend this place!“

“I recommend Dunkin tho I do not recommend the Dunkin located at 1975 Hendersonville Rd Asheville, NC. I went through the drive through and wanted to try something new-the matcha latte. I normally get a sm decaf hot coffee with three cream and two stevia. Once I purchased it I tasted it. I didn’t like it. I asked for a refund and both the cashier and manager ganged up on me telling me if I ordered it I have to deal with it. The manager did not offer to replace the value of my matcha latte. I’m not sure how she even landed a position in management? I’m not sure if she even cared about delivering quality customer service! I demanded for at least what I normally buy. The manager kept referring to me as “honey.” I have been serving within the banking industry for over 20 years and care to do the most that I can ethically and lawfully speaking for my customers and when I can’t I give and show my empathy. I didn’t give a good survey and I equally phoned corporate. My hope is that no one else is treated as unkindly and as unfairly as I was.“

“Stopped here twice while visiting Asheville. The iced caramel coffee was amazing, and the young woman who waited on me was very friendly and patient as I hadn’t ordered one before and wasn’t sure what I wanted. It was DEEEELICIOUS!

The second time I went was actually after the store in Waynesville (Dellwood Rd) messed up my order, failing to put any caramel in. Since I knew this location, I went back and they graciously gave me some pumps of caramel! I will definitely stop here next time I’m in Asheville!“

I Love the glazed doughnuts and the Cinnamon rolls at this location are Amazing!! My husband loves the raspberry filled and they were excellent!! We went 20 minutes out of our way to get these delicious doughnuts!!!“

“One of the first Dunkin's I've ever been to and my experience here was great. In town for a short vacation, and it was nice to see so many of these here. This one was very close to my hotel and I'm glad that I drove over here to try it. Delicious coffee and a couple of sweet treats to go with. The service here is great. I will be back!“

“Dunkin rocks everywhere! If there's any one thing....they're somewhat inconsistent with the Snackin Bacon. It will come out from per.fec.tion all the way down to carbon chips. It doesn't matter the location. I travel a lot for work and it's the same everywhere. However, my wife is an extremely picky eater and I was lucky to have any of the Snackin Bacon from this location, once she got hold of it, she wasn't giving it up - she loved it. 😁“

“Staff who took our order was kind and patient. The rest of the staff did not pay any attention to my family and I. The drinks and donut holes we ordered were tasty and appreciated. The bathroom was closed for cleaning with apologies. The restaurant was extremely cold so that we could not bare to stay inside to finish our drinks.“
