“Made my whole night. Never been before today, but was craving an iced vanilla berry Red Bull and couldn’t find them anywhere! So, I go to try the new drink because it uses that Red Bull! So yummy! The cold foam gave you that “wintery” feel while still being so refreshing. Person who took my order and the person at the window were both so sweet! 100% recommend if you haven’t tried it!“

“Very good Dunkin. I only give it 4 stars because the employees were understaffed. They did amazing under the circumstances, but Dunkin should be working to ensure that the employees aren't overwhelmed, as it hurts the overall experience. Otherwise it was great, kudos to the fine folks working there. I hope you all get a raise and a bonus.“

“Enjoyed a great brunch in this adorable downtown cafe! Lots of menu options, we had the fig prosciutto crepes, lemon blueberry crepes, and Le Brique club with couscous salad. Everything was made to order, beautifully presented and delicious. This place is a wonderful addition to downtown Kingsport.“

“It's Starbucks. You should kinda know what you're gonna get with a franchise as big as Starbucks. I will say tho, that some locations like this one that are inside of a grocery store, have a limited menu. Not super limited but they don't always have EVERYTHING you would expect. And some won't let you redeem your points.“

“Just walked out of the Starbucks in Kingsport on Eastman Road. You can tell they're very busy but they took the time to great me as I walked in the door. Made me an excellent coffee. Starbucks is one of the few places that consistently gets the ratios of milk, steamed milk, and espresso correct what making a cappuccino. Most people just end up making me a latte and it has too much milk. Thankful for smiling faces, great service, and a great coffee!“

“I’m pretty much a regular at this point. The staff is nice and welcoming. They are always on time with my mobile orders and they are always good and consistent. Braxton, the store manager, does a great job and tries to remember his customers names. This Starbucks was a great addition to Stone Drive.“

“I usually like this Dunkin a lot, but I'm really disappointed that the bacon avocado toast is exactly the same as the normal avocado toast. Why such an upcharge if you'd never know the difference?

Also wish the drinks were more consistent. Some days they taste really good, and some days they go straight into the trash after 1 sip.

However, overall most of my visits are happy. At least they never mess up the donuts 😂“
