“This was my first visit to Longhorn Steakhouse in Kingsport. I ordered a 6oz sirloin-med rare, with grilled shrimp combo. My sides included a loaded baked potatoe along with a salad.
The salad was delicious, with small diced cucumbers and blue cheese dressing. My loaded baked potatoe was cooked to perfection, however, the steak arrived well done and I sent it back. They replaced it with a perfectly cooked sirloin and rectified the original mistake. Our server and the manager were very eager to help! The atmosphere was enjoyable. I would have given them 5 stars if not for the original steak. I highly recommend thus Longhorn Steakhouse. Overall it was a great dining experience!”

“We ate here on May 18th we took our son here to celebrate him graduating . We had to wait for about 30 mins but we knew that and understood. Our silverware was a little dirty, the food was delicious however when our food was brought out to our table my steak medallions wasn't ready I was told they ran out and had to cut more and it would be a few more minutes. I just got a to go box for mine. So overall the only complaint I would have would be the silverware and having to wait a little longer on my food was all. The food was amazing and our waitress was very nice. This was our sons first time eating here and he's already talking about eating there again.”

“best hot n sour soup i have experienced, the veggies were FRESH and the meat was lean, no fat, no grissle.. 10 out of 10 for this experience. i ordered the hot n sour for an appetizer and the beef stir fry with brown rice, i am very impressed. I have tried asian cuisine everywhere i go, this is def a 10 for a quick sut down or a nice dinner experience as well.”

We tried the fried green tomatoes, pulled pork nachos, smoked turkey, and okra, and all of it was excellent. They also have great options on the kids’ menu, which made it perfect for the whole family. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming—we even ran into several people we knew, which made it feel even more like a hometown favorite. The bar vibe is great, and the location is amazing. “I order a 2 foot longs, Tuna sandwich and a wrap. Food is excellent. I really like the way they placed the sandwich and wrap in the cooler. Till I showed up for pickup. Others would just wrap it up in the bag and leave it at room temperature.
A high 5 goes to the employee who put this order in the cooler for a fresher pickup.”

“We eat at Italian Village at least 2-3 times per month. The thing I love about it is that it tastes exactly the same as it did when I was a teenager back in the 1980s. There is never a surprise change to the quality ingredients they have always used that makes Italian Village it's own, unique thing. I like other pizza restaurants too, but I find that I always compare them to Italian Village and realize it's still my number 1!”

“The Sullivan Central Class of 2005 just celebrated our 20th year high school reunion at The Sports Mill and loved it so much that the class is planning another gathering this year. Matt Henderson curated the event and assisted with finding a local food truck during the height of Fun Fest (which is no small feat). Great atmosphere and multiple options on draft and a fridge of popular beverages. They even made slushies! Folks had indoor and outdoor options for relaxing and everyone tried the simulation games for friendly competition. Definitely a night to remember!”

I will say tho, that some locations like this one that are inside of a grocery store, have a limited menu. Not super limited but they don't always have EVERYTHING you would expect. And some won't let you redeem your points.”

It was great service great backwoods out of the way little gas station in store sitting tl the Cuban sandwich and fries and soda was worth it pretty close to Florida Cuban. I had glanced at the menu here on Google prior to showing up and didn’t see the Cocktail de Cameroon that I liked on the menu. I called and asked if they had it, they said yes, though it wasn’t on the menu, they’d be happy to make it for me, which is fantastic. The server knew exactly what I was asking for. This is some of the best I’ve had in months probably the only oneI’ve had better is my own cause I think I make a pretty good one. This was outstanding the shrimp were fresh and tender. They were not overcooked and I personally like it with lots of pico de gallo in it so I had asked about putting some extra in and you can tell by the picture they did. Unfortunately, this is a part of the country that I don’t cover so it’s unlikely that I’ll be back anytime soon. Just my luck. ☹”

I lived about 2 hours away but this place would always be the first place I'd ask my other grandparents to take me when I'd visit them up in Kingsport and became a tradition for us for years. I am grown now though and it's been years since I've went since I'm not a kid anymore. I can't wait to drive up there myself for the first time without my grandparents in years. “A couple years ago I wrote a negative review of Huey Magoo's in Kingsport. Recently I have had the opportunity to revisit this restaurant two time. I don't know what went wrong on my first visit but the last two times I have been there the chicken tenders have been delicious. Very tender. One time I went at lunch time and the other at an odd hour between lunch and dinner and both times the food was fresh and delicious. A bonus - they serve coleslaw with there meals. Something that doesn't seem available at other chicken tender restaurants. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Also, the girl that took my order and brought it to me this last time was Amanda. She was so pleasant and very kind.”

“Just walked out of the Starbucks in Kingsport on Eastman Road. You can tell they're very busy but they took the time to great me as I walked in the door. Made me an excellent coffee. Starbucks is one of the few places that consistently gets the ratios of milk, steamed milk, and espresso correct what making a cappuccino. Most people just end up making me a latte and it has too much milk. Thankful for smiling faces, great service, and a great coffee!”

The food is on the upper end of the fast food world for quality and price, but it will always be fast food.
The SERVICE has always been way above average for any fast food restaurant.
I am sure part of it is the volume is lower than other brands, so there is not the huge push for speed. But I have found ALL of the employees over the past 5 YEARS have been friendly and helpful in this business.”

“My husband had went to grab some food here. If I would have been with my husband I would have told the manager off for cussing his employees in front of the customers and asked for my money back. But I wasn't with him and the food I was presented at home was the WORST Arbys food I have ever had. Maybe 6 FF, the Roast Beef was hard with hard chunks in it, also had Mozz Sticks that was like trying to eat a tire and no dipping sauce either. We WILL NOT be back at this one and I'll be contacting corporate or someone to let them know how unprofessional their manager is to their employees.”
