I ordered the Emperor Combo to go with a side of carrots.I drove all the way from Church Hill to pick it up.After I got home I noticed that they forgot to add the zucchini and onions so I called them.Sadly the person I spoke with on the phone obviously didn't care and only offered a 15% discount off my next purchase.I informed them it was too far to drive for that so they offered 25% off.I declined.I would suggest that the next time this happens they offer to replace the entire...read full review
I've eaten here before and the food is pretty good, kinda wished it was cooked in front of you because I think that's pretty cool to see that but all in all it's a good place to go to get really good food and it's a good low key

Probably one of the more satisfying eats in Kingsport, if you want better food locally, definitely vote with your wallet and don't go to as many national chain establishments (which are almost always just okay). -RIP Fatz, you deserved it.Anyway eat here for great flavorful Japanese style food for cheap.
