Everything about this place is amazing. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our waitress was wonderful! Service was fast. I can't say enough good things about the food. The Chicken Egg Rolls are the best egg rolls I've ever had. I got the Yakiniku, the beef was cooked perfectly and the teriyaki sauce they used is so good. The portions are also huge!
It's Moto's . The best Japanese food in this area for many years. Still the best. Great portions, great price.

Tried over 30 minutes to call an order in, right when they opened, and kept getting busy signal. Decided it wasn't worth my time to continue and try to order so we went elsewhere.

Was Overcharged by $6.00 on my sons meal. When I pointed it out they had obviously pulled this scam befor and had a quick menu definition and said they would add the scallops as a side. Still overcharged $2.00 based on the menus prices. When I addressed that they said the waitress messed up. BETTER CHECK YOUR BILL! I would just avoid as it’s greasy and cheap anyway. The manager also waif “Pal’s Sucks” when I mentioned Pal Barger’s belief on losing future business from bad customer service. I replied with…well, there is your problem.
The rice and salad were amazing but the carrots didn't seem cooked all the way and the yaki had no flavor to it which was unfortunate. I go to the johnson city location all the time and decided to give this one a shot near work but was disappointed.

Loved the sushi, it was my first time trying it there. The sweet carrots are also very tasty.
If you're looking to go to Moto's this is the one to go to in Kingsport the other ones are good but this is the best one hands down.....
