Food was pretty good. Waitress services were very good. The restaurant was very clean from what I could see.
I didn’t catch our servers name but he was exceptionally great. An older gentleman I would assume around 45-50 who didn’t fit the usual server profile but I was pleasantly surprised with him. He’s the reason I’m leaving the review (and I seldom leave them). perfect mix of great customer service without being overbearing or not attentive enough. food was also exceptionally better compared to previous visits. Visited on September 23rd 2026 around 12:30pm.

The Colorado omelette remains a standout dish, and the sirloin tips continue to receive high praise. The service is friendly, with staff members going above and beyond to assist guests. However, there have been concerns about the air conditioning, especially on hot days. Some guests reported feeling uncomfortable due to the heat inside the restaurant, which was hotter than the outside temperature. While the food and service are great, the lack of a comfortable environment can detract from the experience. The breakfast menu, including the sampler with sausage, bacon, and ham, is still a highlight, and the prices are budget-friendly. Overall, IHOP is a great spot for a delicious meal, but it is important for the restaurant to address the air conditioning issue to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
