“I've ate burgers in different chains all across America and in other countries as well. No one comes close to the Big Pal. It always has been and always will be the best burger you can eat. The only caveat is, make sure you order it with pickles (once you try it, you can never get it without them).“

“This was my first visit to Longhorn Steakhouse in Kingsport. I ordered a 6oz sirloin-med rare, with grilled shrimp combo. My sides included a loaded baked potatoe along with a salad.
The salad was delicious, with small diced cucumbers and blue cheese dressing. My loaded baked potatoe was cooked to perfection, however, the steak arrived well done and I sent it back. They replaced it with a perfectly cooked sirloin and rectified the original mistake. Our server and the manager were very eager to help! The atmosphere was enjoyable. I would have given them 5 stars if not for the original steak. I highly recommend thus Longhorn Steakhouse. Overall it was a great dining experience!“

“I recently bought a new location in Kingsport and I’m so tired of fast food! I fount this place and have been going for several weeks now about once a week. The food is absolutely delicious I’ve only had the hot dogs and chickens sandwich and fries and beans but can vouch every time the food is hot and fresh! Doesn’t make you feel bloated and love the atmosphere! Very nice place for lunch!“

“We had lunch today and everyone was friendly and kind to us! We had the Cuban and The Piggy and both were very delicious, the server and cook were both a delight! We will definitely be coming back!“

“I had an amazing experience! I wish I got her name but sadly I did not. She was working yesterday evening. I came into get something from the bakery for my bestfriends birthday. She took such amazing care of me and everyone else there. They truly do not make employees like her anymore!“

“Great salad bar. Superior pizza. Love the music.“

“We were greeted promptly and our server arrived shortly thereafter.
Drinks were brought out in short order and always kept full. Our table ordered the 2/$25 and a shrimp bowl.
All food was hot and fresh. The 2/$25 is a great deal
Our server was attentive, perhaps a little more to the gentleman in our group, but was always available for any requests.“

“We ate here on May 18th we took our son here to celebrate him graduating . We had to wait for about 30 mins but we knew that and understood. Our silverware was a little dirty, the food was delicious however when our food was brought out to our table my steak medallions wasn't ready I was told they ran out and had to cut more and it would be a few more minutes. I just got a to go box for mine. So overall the only complaint I would have would be the silverware and having to wait a little longer on my food was all. The food was amazing and our waitress was very nice. This was our sons first time eating here and he's already talking about eating there again.“

“The food was good. The wait staff were great. The restaurant was very clean and presentable. I have only one complaint. The restaurant closes at 10:00 pm. A few minutes before 8:00 our meal was finished and I ordered dessert and a cup of coffee which is a very normal request. The kitchen staff member sent the message that they were out of coffee. Upon questioning further I discovered this kitchen staff member had another job and wanted to clean up early to get to that job thus refusing to make fresh coffee. I told our waiter to let that person know that a lack of planning on his part was not my problem and refusing to make fresh coffee two hours before closing was ridiculous. I sincerely hope the manager of this location reads this review.“

“Awesomeness an clean place“

“I had an absolutely delightful experience with this establishment. The hamburger was truly exceptional, cooked to perfection with a wonderfully balanced flavor profile. Alongside the delicious food, the service I received was outstanding. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a fantastic meal and a memorable dining experience.“

“Couldn't sleep so my wife and I went to Waffle House for breakfast. Food was good, price was good and service was even better!“

“A couple years ago I wrote a negative review of Huey Magoo's in Kingsport. Recently I have had the opportunity to revisit this restaurant two time. I don't know what went wrong on my first visit but the last two times I have been there the chicken tenders have been delicious. Very tender. One time I went at lunch time and the other at an odd hour between lunch and dinner and both times the food was fresh and delicious. A bonus - they serve coleslaw with there meals. Something that doesn't seem available at other chicken tender restaurants. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Also, the girl that took my order and brought it to me this last time was Amanda. She was so pleasant and very kind.“

“The staff was warm and friendly enjoying each other's company as well as anyone's who walked through the door. They really have the Fryers dialed in right because this is the best fish I've had at any location ,on top of all that despite it being at the end of a dinner rush the dining room was immaculate.“

“First time My wife and I ate at the Meadows. The dinner was great. Service was great. Nice atmosphere! We will definitely be back .“

“Recently experienced delicious food served unbelievably fast at The Purple Cow. Their burgers have old fashion taste.“

“Since the remodeling the place is a little brighter inside. Same great food and friendly staff. If they dont greet you right away. Its not being rude. Its call great place to eat at. No one standing around. Should give you a clear understanding that the food is excellent here. Along with out side dinning while watching the game.
Every sport bar around the KP area. This one fills the quickest. Thats 1 thing I have noticed around Kingport doing food deliveries. Plus while the other places empty out by 10 or 11pm. This place stays open til 2am .
So with that said. The food is made fresh. Its moving and not sitting.“

“I didn’t catch our servers name but he was exceptionally great. An older gentleman I would assume around 45-50 who didn’t fit the usual server profile but I was pleasantly surprised with him. He’s the reason I’m leaving the review (and I seldom leave them). perfect mix of great customer service without being overbearing or not attentive enough. food was also exceptionally better compared to previous visits. Visited on September 23rd 2026 around 12:30pm.“
