I stopped at the wrong Pal's to get the Peanut Butter milkshake so made a detour to hit this one and got it. Picked up. Jr Burger too. The shake was great. So was the burger. If you want the Peanut Butter shake, make sure you're at the right Pal's they all don't carry it. Quick friendly service.

Absolutely in love with the chocolate peanut butter shake that's only sold at this specific location in the Kingsport area, phenomenal if you like chocolate and peanut butter together I'd give it a 10/10.

Based on reviews, Pals sudden service is a decent local spot with decent junk food. The Big Pal is the best burger, especially when ordered with pickles. The cheddar rounds are awesome, and the saucy burger is also really good. It offers 6 AM burgers all day, including a Double, with speedy service. The staff is always friendly, and the order is always right. Customization like add mustard, no mayo, or extra pickles is hit or miss, but requests like "triple" mustard are followed. It is one of the few good local places left to support.
