“We had an amazing time today. Our server Emma was the sweetest thing. She made my whole day. Best server I’ve had in a long time. She made sure our drinks were never empty and was wonderful at making sure we had everything we needed. I unfortunately lost my hair due to chemo treatments and Emma was so sweet and told me I was beautiful regardless. The food was amazing and service was top notch! Definitely recommend sitting in Emma’s section! Thank you Emma for your kind words and phenomenal service.“

“Still one of the best restaurants in the Tri-cities. Menu that updates seasonally and you can always find something new and delicious on it. Make a reservation though as it is a small space and walk-ins are limited. I've sat at the bar a few times and the bartenders have been nothing short of amazing.“

“This is a quaint spot with good home cooking. You can't beat the price. It is not what you would expect if you are not a local. So if you are from the city, then I can not give this spot 5 stars for you. But if you are from the country, this is a 5 star spot. Grab a drink from the cooler, go to the counter to place your order and have a seat. We stopped in for dollar hot dog day.
Parking: We found parking in front and walked right in. Would be easy access for a wheelchair.“
“Great place to eat. Very caring people to work for. When busy they don't care one bit to jump in were needed. I can say out of all the jobs I've had in my life I don't dread going into work. I'm always anywhere from 20 to 15 mins early. I don't care to stay over. Very positive place to work as well. Everyone works together and always encourage each other.“

“We have eaten at White Duck Taco locations in Asheville, NC, and Chattanooga, TN, so when we saw there was one in Johnson City - attached to Yee Haw Brewing no less! - we knew this was our dinner spot on a recent trip. Did not disappoint. All the tacos are good but we loved the Bahn Mi and the Shrimp and Grits tacos! White Duck’s menu is fun, creative, affordable, and always tasty.“
