If you want truly good home cooked food at reasonable prices and enjoy mom and pop local restaurants this is the place to go in Elizabethton Tennessee. Called in an order. We love their hamburger steaks with peppers and onions. Their cornbread salad is out of this world and that's saying a lot coming from someone who isn't very fond of cornbread salad. I would definitely recommend.

My first visit. I was kinda impressed. It's like a little store with a restaurant in it. I got take out. I didn't have to wait very long that was a plus. They have a daily special so it kinda help me to decide what to get. I thought the soup beans need more salt but that wasn't a big deal. I will definitely go back.
