21 Best Burger Restaurants in Kingsport

“Pal's Sudden Service wrote the book on sticking to the foods they do best without adding trendy items to their menu. Pal's also has a amazing niche in the restaurant industry in our community.
Excellent service from start to finish, rarely ever makes a mistake (very rarely), and the flavors and taste of the food is yummy.

Suggestion:
A sauceburger with cheese, extra sauce, extra heat with a frenchie fry and a peachie tea. Satisfies every time.“

“Great food and great service!!“

“If you are new to Kingsport, and you haven't experienced Pal's, then you are in for a treat . . . and what a story . . . Pal Barger met Ray Croc at a restaurant convention in Chicago . . . If you don't know who Ray Croc is he is one of the main guys associated with McDonald's in the early days! Pal learned quickly and opened his independent Pal's in Kingsport and the rest is history! It has been a TriCities, TN favorite for a long, long time! Don't miss your chance to wheel into a Pal's for a great 'throwback' experience to the good ole days!“

“Ordered a Toasty and small fry. Received order 276. Which was two hotdogs plain, frenchi fry and lg coke. Didnt receive the LG coke or would have known order was incorrect. Hot dogs were good though just not what I ordered.

“It was amazing!!!!!!!!!!! Their food was really good my best friend Michala works there too! :)“

“I come through this location almost everyday and order xtra xtra heat on my cheddar rounds, most other pals will argue about cooking them longer. For instance, Weber City VA Pals said they were not allowed to cook cheddar rounds with xtra heat even though I’ve gotten it there before ? John B Dennis, this pals is hands down the BEST pals around. The window ladies and Ben are very respectful and one of the best customer services experiences I’ve had.“

“Hands down the best place to be for shooting pool, hanging out with your friends, enjoying a cold beverage and great food. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very clean and healthy environment. Kids and dogs are welcome so that’s a huge plus. 10 out of 10 experience and absolutely enjoy going there.“

“Wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door until we left. Super nice hostess, didn’t catch her name. Mandy our waitress was also super sweet, fast and efficient. She gave great recommendations on the menu and checked on us frequently and didn’t let our drinks get empty. It’s been a while since we’ve eaten here because we live in Bristol and Bristol’s Applebees is 😖“

“I go here literally all the time they know me by my name and order. Staff is incredibly friendly and the food is usually pretty good! Only downside is sometimes they are very busy so it can be a pain to wait, but otherwise I love this place.“

“Tonight, {Thursday} during my dine in at Burger King 1540 East Stone Drive Kpt, I was greeted by BK employee John Who was working the front counter and took my order, John was very Courteous, Polite, Professional, and got my order correct the first time, he appeared very well trained, not to mention Customer Oriented. This is the type person I like to see when dining at a restaurant, this is what keeps me wanting to come back. The food was exceptional fresh & hot as well. Thank you John for such outstanding service. Keep up the good work, Burger King Should be very proud to have you as a employee. and hopefully advancing you in the near future. I look forward to you waiting on me again! Great Job, I'll be back. Thanks Again. Order # 27“

“The shakes and floats are GOOD! Cheerwine floats are amazing!!! There are so many choices. Prices are fair as well. The service a little lacking and nothing worse than just stares when ready to place an order, to pass it to another employee?! I guess they teach employees how to be friendly? 🤷‍♀️“
