“What an awesome place to grab a bite! There was literally something for everyone! I came with a group that had someone with celiac and a couple other folks were vegetarian. It’s not often we can go anywhere that everyone has plenty of options to choose from! The food portions were massive and super super good! My one tiny complaint is that it takes quite a long time to be prepared, and we were on a time crunch so we had to pack up our food and take it with us pretty soon after it arrived. But as long as you don’t have any time restraints, then this place is a 10! Affordable, delicious, and has lots of choices. I’ll def be back next time I’m in the area.“

“From the hostess, to service, food, and drinks it was a fantastic dinner! We truly enjoyed our experience with our 4 kids! We had the nachos, burgers, wings, caesar salads, and mac and cheese and everything was so delicious! The manager was wonderful as well. We will be back!“

“there was 2 of us she got a Philly sandwich hers was good I got barbecue sandwich meal I was disappointed. meat alot but or fatty pieces not juicy bun dry fell apart . the sauces little to sweet the tiny amount slaw was tasteless and tiny beans to sweet and runny . dont get it . id give them another try with different food“

“Went there yesterday for my birthday dinner after I saw a recommendation on how good the fries are there. I'm a fry person...always been my favorite food so when I hear a place has really good ones, I'm all in. It did not disappoint! I got the parmesan fries and they were so good!! I also got a burger that I was able to customize how I wanted it. It was really good too! I will definitely be back!“

“This is a very delicious place and the food is great. Atmosphere is amazing, and the Service is good as soon as we got to five guys we ordered and it took 2 minutes restrooms are good they look really nice and I give the restaurant a 5 star because this is amazing.“

“I wanted to share with y’all about two of your employees at this particular location that are so welcoming and friendly and they treat me like I am an old friend of the family. I visit this location daily for breakfast and sometimes for dinner. I have two locations that are closer to my home, but I choose to go to this one because of these two team members of yours, Marla and Morgan. They always make my day better when I see them. If I’m having a rough start to the morning they’re friendly chitchat, and smiles always make my day much better but again like I said these two are exceptional and I always go out of my way to see them at this location. I hope that they stick around with you guys for a long time because they are my favorites and I think they are people that I would want to hire and would want working for me if I were running my own business.“

“I am usually very happy with my orders. I went through the drive thru, ordered a small burger, No Mayo, No Ketchup and a Chocolate Malt. The malt is ALWAYS delicious. My burger was dried out and there was ketchup (looked like they tried to scrape it off) that soaked into bun. The order was correct on my print out. Will not order that burger again. The young man at the window was very polite as always.“

“No inside dining, its drive threw only but, you order your food drive around the building and pay. By the time your done paying, even before I could my change put away, they were handing me my food!!! It was great!! Fast, convenient, and taste good, I especially like there fries, fresh and hot. Added bonus I've never paid more than 20 bucks for 2 people. So fairly inexpensive.“

“I just want you to know that me and my little dog Coco go through the drive-thru often. Some days are good, some days are bad. But you’ve got a good young man named Noah that is outstanding. He’s really a good guy.

“I come to this IHOP every weekend and it's the best one I have ever been to. I travel for work and have tried many but Johnson City is the best by far. Chelsey, Janet, Beth, and Kristin have taken great care of me for years. The food is consistently hot fresh and delicious.“

“One of my favorite fast food places. I lived in Johnson City for 18 years and I rarely had issue with this Dairy Queen. Everything is delicious. The employees do their jobs well. I guess my only minor complaint would be its small size. Small interior and small parking lot. Other than that though, this place is worth going to for soft serve and cheeseburgers.“

“They actually stole from me. I placed an order on the app. They didn't have the item and would not refund the money. They gave me a number to call for a refund. I called the number; they put me on hold several times. Between the travel and phone call, it took nearly an hour, and I was still not refunded. The agent on the phone ultimately said she escalated my request but did not refund my money. I called the Sonic on Market. They said they can't do anything with an app order. I asked to speak to the manager, and the woman said she was the assistant general manager and no one else could help me because they don't deal with the app. I asked to speak to the managing owner. She said there was no one like that and if they couldn't help me over the phone, she didn't know what to tell me. DON'T GO HERE! DEFINITELY DON'T ORDER IN THE APP. They will steal your money if they don't have what you ordered.“

“The only reason it’s not five stars across the board is because the initial cause for this review is because my order was messed up the night before, but I come back in today. They remade my food for me. No questions asked even offered me a free drink, and Jonathan the cook that took care of me. Made me a delicious burger exactly what I asked for even he was even kind enough to throw a little extra, pulled pork on it for me phenomenal service thank you, Jonathan thank you Hardee’s.
