I ate at this location several times recently while working in Johnson City. The store is clean & the staff is friendly & helpful. Their various burgers & fries were always hot, fresh & delicious. I had the opportunity to try their peppermint Frosty & it was amazing! I'll definitely be stopping at my local Wendy's for a couple of those this holiday season. I would definitely recommend this location.
I realize that the employees are paid little but should still have a certain level of professionalism. To hear one complain "I want to know what has happened to my GD orders" in full view and hearing of customers is beyond any level of crudeness. In addition, he made my order incorrectly. The order in front of me was probably also incorrect as I got there extra mayo and little else. Sad visit. At least they got my fries right.
