About Cook Out

Cook Out is a restaurant with a location that offers decent service in general. However, the cleanliness of the floor and kitchen area can be improved, as some customers have reported a greasy floor and a strange smell coming from the kitchen. The restaurant could benefit from enhancing its vegetarian options. Parking can be a bit challenging due to smaller spots, with larger vehicles occupying multiple spaces. The staff, including employees like D, are friendly and attentive, often calling out orders clearly and maintaining a bright smile throughout the visit. Customers frequently praise the food, especially the burgers, BBQ sandwiches, cajun fries, hush-puppies, and milkshakes, with the 3 berry milkshake being particularly popular. During off-peak hours, it can be a quiet spot for a meal.

To improve, Cook Out could consider better staffing strategies, training programs, and feedback systems during busy times. Automation and process re-engineering may help maintain consistency and reduce workload, so staff can focus more on food quality and customer satisfaction. Addressing cleanliness concerns and expanding vegetarian options could also enhance the dining experience.

I am usually very happy with my orders. I went through the drive thru, ordered a small burger, No Mayo, No Ketchup and a Chocolate Malt. The malt is ALWAYS delicious. My burger was dried out and there was ketchup (looked like they tried to scrape it off) that soaked into bun. The order was correct on my print out. Will not order that burger again. The young man at the window was very polite as always.
Always a good burger
Usually, the food’s pretty good but tonight I ordered a cheeseburger quesadilla and my girlfriend ordered a chicken quesadilla. There was basically zero meat. It was kind of insane. There was like two or three particles of beef in mine and then a couple shreds of chicken in my girlfriends.
