The syrup is unequivocally the BEST IN THE TRI CITIES..... NOT TO MENTION THEY ARE THE ONLY SLUSHY PLACE STILL OPEN!!!!! BUT SHORTER HOURS... AFTER 3 BEFORE 8 UNLESS FRIDAY NIGHT...IS 7 7:30 BECAUSE OF EXCITING DOBYNS BENNETT FOOTBALL!!!!! THE TEMPS ARE STILL IN THE 90'S IN MID SEPT... MMMMMMM

I love Beach Hut! Out of all the stands in Kingsport and Johnson City, this beach themed stand in front of Grand’s in Kingsport is the best. They have picnic tables for you to sit outside on a hot summer day and enjoy your refreshment. Don’t forget your cash though, the stand is cash only!
