“we had beef fajitas and chicken chimicha and it was out of this world! service was EXCELLENT as usual. good arrived at table plentiful and hot as usual. price was excellent for the amount of food. we highly recommend this place for anyone who has. a hankering for Mexican food. Food was not overlying spicy. Just the right blend.10+, out of 10!!!”

“My husband and I moved to kingsport 5 years ago and we have been searching for good chinese for a long time. The restaurants here serve decent food but nothing that would knock your socks off. We had to drive 20 miles into johnson city to get half way tasty food. Until we decided to try a small chinese restaurant on 23 in Weber City, Virginia called Handy Kitchen. OMG!!! We have found the BEST chinese food we have ever had. The egg rolls were so delicious as was the Lomein and the Shrimp and snowpeas. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, not overcooked to be as hard as bullets. We can't wait to go back and try something else. If you are looking for excellent chinese food, we recommend Handy Kitchen. You will not be disappointed.”

“We were weary travelers stopping by Scotty's in hope of a more chill vibe with some good food, and Scottys delivered! Our bartender, Sergio, was so friendly and fun! We got some inside knowledge about the town as we are from Oregon. The drinks were perfect and the food was top notch! I would have expected to pay a lot more for the quality of food and service we received at literally any of the surrounding places. We will visit Palo Alto again if only to go back to Scotty's as a new tradition! Thank you, Sergio, for making our anniversary dinner a great one! Someone give him a raise!”

“I go to this location often. They always get the order accurate. I like that they do their orders as they come in the queue instead of shoving my online orders to the back like I don’t matter. They are always friendly when I come in. Everything looks clean.”

Being celiac it's hard enough to find places to eat with your family.I was excited because i had read so many reviews about the gluten-free choices. However I got sick from cross contamination, everyone else's food was amazing! My daughter got the burger with Mac n cheese on it she ABSOLUTELY loved it. “This coffee shop is way out of my way, but the gluten-free goodies they kept posting finally convinced me to make the drive. And let me just say… WORTH IT. I got the raspberry white chocolate muffin and it was so good I had a full “wait… is this actually gluten-free?” moment. Happy to report: no tummy ache, just pure muffin bliss. 🙌 The owner was incredibly sweet, the atmosphere was cozy, and yes — I grabbed a second muffin for tomorrow’s breakfast. Zero regrets. We tried the fried green tomatoes, pulled pork nachos, smoked turkey, and okra, and all of it was excellent. They also have great options on the kids’ menu, which made it perfect for the whole family. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming—we even ran into several people we knew, which made it feel even more like a hometown favorite. The bar vibe is great, and the location is amazing. “This particular Pal's has always been my favorite drive-through. Lately the quality of the food has gone way down. It seems to have gotten consistently worse since Pal passed. The hot dogs aren't worth eating anymore. Today I got a Jr. Burger that was way too salty and so messy I could hardly eat it. The sweet tea isn't even up to par. I don't know if I'll be back to this one or not.”
