“Stopped in to Giovanni's for the first time on Sunday- Was greeted with a friendly smile and great energy by Taylor - who sat us and was our waitress. I ordered the Spicey Chicken Pasta which was delicious and my other half got the Lemon Chicken with rice , broccoli and potato wedges which they really enjoyed.. while waiting for our food -the music that was played that day was in early to mid 70's which brought back great memories of my childhood and started a great conversation.. As we were eating there was another waiter there as well serving his tables and to hear the professionalism and upbeat friendliness-showed me there are still some people that enjoy their job and like to work.. This made my day... Knowing now this is close to home I will be back regulary and bring my out of state guest here as well...Highly recommend- Food is delicious, prices are great, service outstanding and you get way more food then one would expect.. Great experience!!!”

“I come here for lunch occasionally and always get the buffet. The food is always well stocked and fresh, the service is always great and very attentive. The price is fair for what you get. I've never been here and had a bad meal, they are also always so friendly to everyone.”

“Not sure about the negative reviews, cause the food here is really good. I've never had BAD food here, and the staff is always friendly. Order online and pick up in about 20 minutes. Prices are a little steep, but that is everywhere these days. Love the Lo Mein (any of them), egg rolls, and sweet and sour pork. I ordered $35 for one person and it will last at least two meals, and I'm a big eater. Will keep coming back!”

The speed of their order is the most impressive part as $40-50 multiple person family orders can be finished and ready in moments. Staff are super friendly and the food is great quality for fast food. The prices are reasonable, but totally random. I wonder if corporate throws darts to pick the prices?”

“We have been to a lot of Hardee’s . From Maryland to Tennessee. We were very impressed by the staff. the service was spot on. Not a long wait for food. Food was delicious. The employees were steady moving. Never heard the manager yelling to get them to move and do their job. Again very impressed. Thanks.”

“I order carry out . The lady that took my order was very professional . It was ready when I got there . A woman I assume is the owner was very professional and very nice . There were several people dining everyone seemed relaxed having conversation amongst each other . Very clean . And the Chicken Yakima was delicious .”

Satisfaction 100% I felt like I needed to leave her cash tip and 20% on the card. You don’t find people that actually will wanna talk most the time even when it’s almost time to close ( especially when you’re the only one there closing ) but my two friends I were all happy with our subs and I was happy she was able to close down shop right on time.

PAY TESSA MORE!!! She’s truly one you wanna keep. Especially in the days that everyone complains about not having loyal /hard workers. Treat the good ones you have with respect and kindness and see how much better your team can be. How much people will wanna work for you!! It doesn’t have to be a dog eat dog all the time. We are all just trying to survive and be happy in the crazy world we are in.

“The 2 gentleman at the drive thru were awesome they made me feel wanted and my service was wanted they are truly awesome young men I was there around 1400 hrs, and they made my day, also the store is immaculate the drive thru was wonderful.......The manager on shift has the best Taco Bell in the tricities......the 2 gentleman at the drive thru really just made my day.......”

“I always get breakfast here before work Brenda is an absolute doll always address me with a smile and my greets me with my name everytime. My food is always hot and fresh and fast out the window lunch and dinner service ain't that perfect but breakfast is amazing”

“I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.. we ordered and had coupon .. upon ordering we were over charged and refused the mistake to be refunded . once we got our food . the fries were cold after asking for fresh ones .. half full boxes .. my bigmac was ordered plainly no lettuce light sauce it came out the opposite . the absolute most disgusting mess I've ever seen .. looked like it had been run over by a truck .. I kindly wipe the extra instead of light weird tasting sauce off with napkins to keep from being any trouble .. take 2 bites realize it's not done .. after debating to take the 17$ loss or try to change for other food .. I was refused once again ..saying it was half eaten .. the whole time all this is happening there's other customers there whos having the same trouble with there orders .I'm not worried that much about the $ what gets me the most is my family was treated like we had done something wrong . and refused any thing to change the wrong doing .. in front of customers . they acted like we done something wrong.. were going to talk to legal advice about the service, and the actions of your workers. we were treated like thieves. and was nothing but paying customers like everyone else who comes there .”

“Absolutely the best place in Bristol. Best Mac and cheese, tacos were so fresh and yummy and wonderful Cuban sandwich. Staff was friendly and everyone of them spoke to us, owner made excellent recommendations and helped us choose what to eat. We always share plates and had a chicken taco, brisket taco, Cuban sandwich and Mac n Cheese. You will not regret visiting this Greenhouse dining room. Such a unique and creative dining experience”
