“Visited the new building to see how it was. The atmosphere is great! Everything is new and clean and comfortable. The meal was good but not as good as expected with the upgraded store. With the competition that is out there, they should step up their quality and value because their prices were higher than expected. Service was fine but certainly could have been better. I will go back if I am in the area to see if they improve. Please give me a reaction if you read this. Thanks!”

“You all ROCKED IT!! I was going to the McD's in PIney Flats only to be consistently disappointed. I am a late luncher and always got old fries and slow service there. Went to BK today and man, I never had such hot fresh fries, happy service, and fast service. The other place No More! And you all have Coke zero which was my main reason going to the other place. THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!”

“I wish I remembered the name of the lady that took care of me at the window because I’ve never had someone from a fast food place take care of me more than what this lady did. She said she usually works at the mountain city location but they had her working here for a bit. This lady took the time to save me money by ordering everything in one combo when I ordered everything seperately. She has to drive an hour out of her way to get this location going and it didn’t affect her smile or day at all. God bless this lady. KFC you need to take care of this lady because she is an angel!”

I mistakenly placed an order to a different restaurant and she saved the day by volunteering to make it at her location instead so we didn't have to drive to the other location. “I saw so many unkind reviews that I wanted to share my own experience. I visit this Dunkin regularly, and while there have been a few slower days, there have also been plenty of times when I’m in and out really quickly. Most importantly, I’ve never had an issue with my order. My food is always warm, and my coffee is consistently made exactly how I like it.

What really makes this location stand out, though, is the staff. Everyone is always friendly and kind, and that goes a long way. I continue coming to this location because I know my drink will be made right and I’ll be greeted by kind people. I’ve always had a positive experience here and think the staff deserves some recognition!”

Bartenders will come to your table and ask questions sometimes to ensure they get it right. It’s not just their smoked meats that are so good either, their sides are terrific! The fried ocra is like my grandmother used to make.”

The dining area here is so relaxing whether it's outside on the patio enjoying the sunshine or inside where it's very warm and welcoming. The service is great and the food is beyond words, so much flavor and definitely worth every bite. I would give this restaurant 10 stars if I could. “Dined here for the first time. Husband and his brother had Scallops. I had the 50oz T-Bone, $150.00 with a great bottle of wine. Very nicely done. This dish came with three sides from the left side of the menu excluding one dish which was explained. Long story short I ordered the $150.00 T-Bone with the three sides being the Brussell sprouts, the potatoes and the oysters. Our server c ame back to say there would be and up charge of $5 for the oysters, maybe $8, now mind you this appetizer WAS included with the offer. When the bill came there was a up charge of $10 for the oysters. So, we went from a $5 upcharge to $10 upcharge. The tip was $75.00 which is not a problem but misinformation is.”

“What a treasure of a coffee cafe The Moon Coffee and Tea House is in Johnson City, towards the east end of downtown. Great atmosphere the moment you walk in, and very welcoming. Sophia was helpful in my coffee choice, and delivered it to my table. There is an extensive coffee and tea menu, as well food items. I tried The Maple Cream Latte, and it was delicious. Parking is a little dicey, but well worth a slight walk. Love this new found coffee spot, and highly recommend it.”

“I haven't been to Carrabba's in a while so had lunch there today. I had the 11.99 trio small plate choosing 1 entree, a salad, and type of soup plus yummy crusty bread with a dipping sauce that they make fresh every day. I can't say enough about the food. Everything was delicious! And generous portions. I couldn't finish it all so the waittress insisted so nicely that she prepare the leftovers for me to take home. I will definitely be go back there again. Great experience!”

I have celiac disease and they never give me an issue when I ask my food to be made with extra caution, they have REALLY delicious GF bread!!!!!! Not to mention the boars head deli pickles! the best!”
