The best pho I’ve had in decades. Much better than anything I had in Washington DC
I did a pickup order from The Roots. Part of our order was missing. I sent them a message on Facebook to question it. The person said for me to send them my address. He was literally here 10 minutes later with our missing pieces. And would not accept a tip. That’s customer service. Oh…and it was delicious! 😋
