Absolutely lovely restaurant. I cannot wait to eat here more: the Shaken Beef was DELICIOUS, just so good it's hard to describe how good it was. The food at The Roots is amazing. My favorite items are the chicken Pho, Cha Gio (fried egg rolls), macarons, & the Da Chanh (fresh lemonade). The staff are extremely friendly. They have great customer service. Highly
