One thing I didn't like was being asked to use the touch screen inside the restaurant when there were people to take my order. Also I had been avoiding Taco Bell because the first one I ate at in Tn. used a liquid cheese instead of shredded cheese. Awful! The other thing at this location was the Diet Mt. Dew. Either the mix was off or the machine it comes out of needs cleaning. It tasted awful!
Awhile back I was ordering from Taco Bell and I paid for the cashier for my food and then she went to prepare it with the same gloves she had on when she accepted my money.I mentioned it to her. Food preps should be handling money while preparing or cashier's shouldn't be preparing food. They always don't change gloves. Be a lot safer assign a certain person to a position.

Food is correct 98% of the time that I come here. The workers vary. Some are super kind. Others just kind of ignore you completely but still do their job. Atmosphere seems like a prison, especially the lobby, cold and uninviting.
