Everytime I order from here there is always something different wrong with my order. I order a freeze and it’s a cup of ice with a tiny bit of the drink at the bottom, three pieces of rice and lettuce in my tacos, can’t adhere to my special order requesting no dairy, half a drink that looks half drank, half empty burritos, order extra potatoes and didn’t actually get extra. It’s so bad that I’m honestly questioning if someone with a personal vendetta against me started working there and is intentionally messing up my food ?I’ve ordered here for years and only recently started having all these non stop issues. It’s sad how things have gone down but I understand it, we just don’t get paid enough to care anymore. All we can really do is blame the greedy corporations who don’t want to pay their workers a living wage.

Food is correct 98% of the time that I come here. The workers vary. Some are super kind. Others just kind of ignore you completely but still do their job. Atmosphere seems like a prison, especially the lobby, cold and uninviting.

One thing I didn't like was being asked to use the touch screen inside the restaurant when there were people to take my order. Also I had been avoiding Taco Bell because the first one I ate at in Tn. used a liquid cheese instead of shredded cheese. Awful! The other thing at this location was the Diet Mt. Dew. Either the mix was off or the machine it comes out of needs cleaning. It tasted awful!
