I saw so many unkind reviews that I wanted to share my own experience. I visit this Dunkin regularly, and while there have been a few slower days, there have also been plenty of times when I’m in and out really quickly. Most importantly, I’ve never had an issue with my order. My food is always warm, and my coffee is consistently made exactly how I like it.

Dunkin' is our go to for donuts. Our local Dunkin' seems to have staffing issues at times but always offers a freebie every time service is delayed.
Not sure if I went to the same place all these bad reviews went to but man it was awesome. Service was fantastic, treated my five year old like a queen. So friendly. Food was hot and good. Coffee was good.

Based on the reviews, Dunkin' offers delicious coffee and food, including a great deal on a medium coffee, BEC bagel, and hashbrowns for $6. The staff is spectacular, friendly, and hardworking. One employee with pink hair and cool tattoos gave excellent service. Another employee named Jessica went above and beyond customer service, even helping with an order placed after the store closed. The food service is always quick, orders are perfect with no wrong items, and the wait time is hardly any. However, for a quick stop for coffee, there is often a wait at the drive-thru. The coffee is amazing and keeps customers going throughout the day. Overall, the service is quality, and customers are very grateful for this wonderful Dunkin location.
