We had the chicken, the brisket and the pulled pork along with potato salad, coleslaw, street corn and beans. Everything was absolutely phenomenal! It was a great event, but HST BBQ made it a truly memorable event! Food was plentiful, and the smell of HST BBQ on the mountain was delightful! The food was rich and tender, and our guests could not get enough! Thank you for the great BBQ and taking part in our special event!”
