You need to start appropriately staffing your franchise. Having one person answer the phone, man the drive through, make sandwhiches and prep the food isn’t cutting it. Not to mention your poor employees are so overwhelmed. I hope you pay them well.
I did not catch the young man’s name working this afternoon. He had a man bun and he was excellent very friendly excellent customer service and had my order ready the fastest ever. I give him 5 stars for sure !!!

I used the drive-thru. The employee was very patient very courteous went down the list with each sandwich and got everything exactly right and went over it to make sure it was exactly right I would highly recommend that Subway with that employee working unfortunately I can't remember her name.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies and plant-based products
