I have food allergies and he accommodated that very well! If I knew the employees name id credit them! But for working solo with multiple customers he was doing amazing!“

“I must say, this place is much improved over the years. Originally I left a one star review because everytime I ordered at the drive thru, my order was wrong. After driving 18 miles home twice to discover I had the wrong order, I finally learned to check my order before driving away. I did in fact get the wrong order several times. The last several times, everything is fine. I will definitely contuine to have breakfast biscuits at times.“

“MYSELF I EAT AT KICKBACK JACKS SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK FOOD AND SERVICE ARE BOTH EXTREMELY GREAT I LOVE THE RIBEYE STEAK AND RIBBS DELICIOUS FOOD MEALS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COOKED TO PERFECTION VERY CLEAN RESTAURANT EVEN THE BATHROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND HAVE A BATHROOM FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN TO CLEAN THEM UP FROM BABIES TO SMALL CHILDREN I TRULY LOVE KICKBACK JACKS WOULD RATHER EAT AT KICKBACK JACKS THAN ANY WHERE BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS GREAT THERE YOU DO NOT SEE PEOPLE DRUNK CUSSING AND FALLING ALL OVER THE PLACE IF THEY SEE YOU HAVE HAD TO. UCH ALCOHOL THEY KINDLY STOP SERVING YOU TO KEEP YOU SAFE AND SECURE TRY KICKBACK JACKS YOU WILL LOVE THE PLACE.“

“Things they need to improve: Not spitting in someone's DRINK when they come through right before close, ESPECIALLY if that's all they got. the employees were standing around doing nothing anyways so why were they even mad about making a DRINK. Grow up. I'll be telling everyone I know NOT to come to this location. the night workers are absolutely pitiful and childish“

“I went here today because I have been craving a sandwich but I had not been to Jersey Mike's before. I was greeted and helped by Hunter and he was fantastic. I am pregnant so I have to have special considerations for deli sandwiches and he was so accommodating and patient. He is a great employee and should be considered for a raise and praise from management. 10/10 customer support“

“Gotta give this one a solid 5 stars. I asked for a little darker than normal on a thin crust (hard to get perfect, but this one absolutely was perfect). Served exactly when promised and with a smile. Visited on 8/18/26 at 12:10 (just so management knows who to thank for bringing me back to the Pizza Hut thin crust excellence that I have loved for over 50 years). It was worth going off my low-carb diet on this meal!“

“This pizza hut is awesome to dine in at. It's like the old school pizza hut you may remember in the early and mid 90's the way the dining room is set up with great values on pizza meals for 2 or more people. The service was ? !! The waitstaff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. Definitely my favorite Pizza Hut in Northeast Tennessee here at this West Kingsport on West Stone Drive location by far !! I will always come back here. I hope they stay this way and never change because it was a great experience and value for the money spent ?!!“

“My boyfriend and I were in the Elizabethton Subway , the Ladies that were working on 5/8/25 were very nice and the service was Great! The one woman was in training,she did a great job on our subs! I had a roast beef sub and my boyfriend had a BMT. We will definitely be back when we crave a sub! Thank you for the great subs and service ladies!😁We were in the Subway on Over mountain Drive.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“Ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuits . The biscuits were hard but other than that everything was good. Service was great, employees were friendly and helpful. They just need to be more aware of how long they bake their biscuits and how long they have been sitting under the heat light“
