“This location is the only fast food restaurant in our small town so they stay very busy, but I must say the young people they have working the drive thru windows are always very polite and respectful and quick to make your order correct in the event of a mishap. I think it would be nice if all staff had name tags so we could have a more personalized experience and let the managers know about our experience with their team members. Only having the one fast food restaurant, I’m happy it’s McDonalds! Thank you!“

“Im not one to write bad reviews but this was the most overwhelming experience ive had at a subway. The only name I got was Lari and he was the kindest person there. I get that the two were new but they just kept pressuring and rushing. The food is always amazing from subway but there was nothing basically in the topping side and you couldn't get anything steak, the lettuce looked terrible. The communication from staff other than Lari was really bad. Just overall the worst experience ive ever had at subway.“

“This KFC is actually a KFC/TACO BELL. It is located in Spruce Pine, NC. At this time there is a McDonald’s and this KFC/TACO BELL fast food in Spruce Pine. And, that’s it. There are a few other restaurants but these are the only two fast food. Although, the Pizza Hut has a thru window. The food is hot and good. The mash potatoes and gravy are my favorite. The people who work there always try their very best to make your experience a good one. But, sometimes it takes awhile because they make your food when you order and they just don’t have enough help. But personally I have only had good experiences here.

Also, after Helene they were one of the very first stores to open. Period! It had to do with its water and septic tank hook up’s. Or that’s how I understand it.

So thank you to this store for going the extra mile at that awful time to support your community. It was very much appreciated.“
