“Early Sunday AM I needed 3 gallons of tea. The workers had arrived at 4 AM to open at 5:00 AM. It was a bit after 7 AM. They were cheerful and so polite. 2 gallons were ready but a 3rd gallon needed to be made. It happens so quickly that I did not feel like I had to wait at all. “Wasn't very happy with the oldest woman that worked here with the glasses (pretty sure she was a manager). She was not feeling well but was very rude and short with me and did not put my sandwich together very well. The younger girls there were very polite and friendly and even helped me save some money though.“

“Being from California, we had never unheard of a Bojangles, but we’re seeing them EVERYWHERE as we travel through North Carolina so we decided to check it out.

We were there for a late lunch so it was practically empty and we got our food almost immediately.

The chicken tenders were great, biscuit was. List and fluffy and the Mac and cheese was delicious!

“This was hands down the best Bojangles experience I have ever had. Stopped in this past Sunday, the woman who took our order (do not know her name), she was on top of it. She made sure we had updates to our food that had a wait time. You could hear her in the kitchen making sure that everyone was also staying on top of things. She was kind of the other customers as well. The food was fantastic. You do not usually get this in Bojangles in Winston Salem. She explained they were short staffed and apologized for the inconvenience and remade my food before it was going to be delivered so that it would still be delivered fresh. I understand that issues happen sometimes but they handled it great; offered to refund my full order! Delivery driver also apologized for the delay and was so kind! Food came hot and delicious!“
