Central ordering personnel doesn't know the difference between Ross and Rose's and will give you the wrong direction after you tell her she doesn't know her directions.
We rarely buy pizza in Morganton (Roses location) but I was visiting someone locally and I had a coupon for $7.99 pickup. I read it to the online server, even reading the 1.23.23 expiration date (it is 2.11.23). The expiration date never dawned on me...I was still in January. Went in to pay with $11 in hand....needed tip money too. The cashier pointed out expiration date and I said, "I know, but it's only the 11th not the 23rd. Of February she said."
