The manager is so nice and works with me to accommodate my special food request! I really appreciate this. We really enjoy breakfast here. Pamela was very kind at the register, the order was perfect.
My buddy and I hit up the drive-thru here today for two of the Frisco Burger Meals with strawberry shakes. The lady at the window specifically asked, “Do you guys need any ketchup?” I promptly replied with, “Yes, we need a lot of ketchup, please.” We got the bag home and found zero ketchup packets. Hardee's is a restaurant where the food is always great and outstanding. The burgers are fresh and hot, piled high with crisp lettuce and tomatoes. Service is friendly and quick, with workers doing an outstanding job despite being yelled at by customers. The politeness towards customers is quality, and orders are taken with a smile and a thank you. However, some visits have been nasty, with a burnt dried out burger that had been sitting there. One customer was told it had to be pre-cooked at lunch, despite the restaurant advertising made-to-order food. The restaurant has handicapped access and plenty of parking. It is a quiet and quaint place. The food is not cheap, but it is good. Some customers go four times a week because of the great service, even though it takes a little longer for fresh food that is cooked while customers wait.
