They ask questions during the ordering process to make sure everything is correct. At the window, they talk to you as they know you personally. This is true customer service! “This was hands down the best pizza hut we have been to. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Everything was made to perfection with utmost care to ingredients. “The lady that took my order got it wrong and then when I asked that it be made right I had to wait for 30 minutes for the "manage to fix it" which consisted of giving me a refund and then charging me more for her mistake which I ended up not actually getting the refund so ultimately I ended up paying $27 for a hot ham and cheese combo!! I will never go back even if it's my only option of food for the day! I'd rather go hungry! This hour long process was on my 30 minute lunch break!“
“This is pretty much a "Iocal greasy spoon". It's the kinda place we search out when we are visiting a town. Lots of local folks and down to earth friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Price was fair. We'll be back the next time we are in Marion. Our friend has traveled a lot and had the best omlette he's ever had.“
