“We have had some pretty bad experiences at this location. I.E. a girl bringing my wife's food out to the car and spilling a milkshake on her. That can happen to anyone, but then when my wife asked her to get another one, she said that my wife would have to go inside to get it.
We have also experienced extremely long wait times in the past.
That aside today was a good experience. I hadn't been asked about this location and wanted to put everything that had happened to us now and in the past. My wife will not even go back. I went through the drive-thru today and had no trouble.“

“I love how half the McDonald’s on the east coast skip toasting the bun and serve cold fries hoping you won’t complain. Not this McDonald’s. We travel the entire coast for work and this is easily top 5 McDonald’s in the Carolinas. Always hot, always fresh, always fast. 10/10 would reccomend.“

“I only ever use the drive-through, but the staff is incredibly friendly. The app has been glitching/crashing a lot, and I placed a mobile order today where because I had to re-place the order so many times, I ended up forgetting to switch from meat to beans when the order finally went through. I called, not realizing the mistake was mine, and the staff said to come on back and they'd take care of me. When I got there, the manager pointed out that the order had actually been submitted for beef but they were giving me the free replacement anyway. That's such excellent customer service I had to come share it here.
