“This was my first call in order to this store since I moved here a year ago. I don’t get pick up pizza often but was very happy nothing had changed. Same great piZza I’ve been getting at another store. To me this is high praise. That I got exactly what I expected. Papa John’s is the only pizza I buy“

“We got the fish sandwich. it was absolutely the worst fish sandwich I have ever seen!!!! It is rare for me to not eat something, but this was so bad I could not eat it!!!! It did not look anything like the picture on the menu. It made McDonald's fish sandwich look good.“

“I have been to Pal's many times ove the years, can't say I've had a bad experience at one of them, but tonight at the Jonesborough location, everyone was just exceptionally friendly, polite and seemed even more wonderful than usual.
