“The young manager gal, (Chasidy, I believe that is the spelling), who normally opens the store does an amazing job! She should be running her own store by now. I’ve seen her there for years and she is always jumping around different positions filling any gaps the crew may have. I recommend Hardee’s! Best customer service by the workers as well. Always friendly and has a great environment. They’ve got an elderly woman worker who speaks to every customer and makes everyone feel welcomed. I believe her name is Mary!“
“I used to work here, I couldn't ask for better people to work with. Food's okay for what it is. Since tasty Hut took over they got really greedy, so the prices are steep, but as I said I couldn't ask for better people to work with. Unfortunately they don't pay their employees squat. The pay rates are some of the worst in the area.“
“This was my first call in order to this store since I moved here a year ago. I don’t get pick up pizza often but was very happy nothing had changed. Same great piZza I’ve been getting at another store. To me this is high praise. That I got exactly what I expected. Papa John’s is the only pizza I buy“
“We went through the drive-thru. The drive-thru is not the best kept area and needs to be spruced up or cleaned. The speaker at the drive-thru always greets you with a recording and tells you to order when ready even when the order taker is not prepared to take your order. I indicated whe n we were ready to order and I placed the order. The order taker then asked for me to repeat my order and stated he/she had been asked a question by someone else even though they said they were ready to take our order. The question asker was another employee because they were not busy for 8:30 p.m.“
“We drive to this Cookout from a nearby town and always look forward to the food. I love the grilled BBQ chicken sandwich and the quesadillas. The sweet tea is always awesome and the staff working the drive through are very friendly. We often eat in the car in the parking lot, watching the traffic stream through Jonesboro! Thanks Cookout for an affordable restaurant with great food!“
“I went through drive-thru. Now that Mexican pizzas are back, I will start going more often. I didn't quit going without them but slowed down quite a bit. They are very consistent with their food preparation. I know what I'm going to get before it's given. I think it's probably the only taco bell that makes everything to franchise specifications. I always get more meat, cheese and beans, everything really.“
“Take-out service is slipping at the Jonesborough location. Last two visits have ended up with missing items in order. First time was missing two of the four fish pieces, tonight no hushpuppies in the order. Drive thru attendant not the normal friendly spirit as in the past visits. With prices of everything on the rise, it would be nice to at least get your full order.“
“The only fast food place that usually gets your order right every time. Plus when they give you ketchup they give you Heinz simply ketchup which means it doesn't have any high fructose corn syrup in it. Kudos to you Burger King! Which by the way is way better than McDonald'“
“Today when I stopped by McDonald's there was a school bus full of children in the restaurant. Needless to say it was kind of crazy in there. But I will still able to get my food hot and fresh in a timely manner. Very impressive the way the staff handled the chaos.Kid-friendliness: The staff was able to efficiently wait on an entire school bus full of kids. Very impressive.“
“This is just drive thru but it is a treat. The cheddar rounds for breakfast are delicious and locals swear by them. The burgers for lunch are good. The fries have an amazing seasoning that is loved. They have good hotdogs and a ham and cheese. A sliced chicken sandwich is good. Go get yourself some pals. Peachy or razzy tea to wash it down.“
