This is more take out than Dine in . It just never took off for Dinning in.
3 years ago the family and avoided this place like the plague. We ordered one about 6 months ago just to see and boy am I glad we did. Not sure what changed but we have now ordered three or four more times and would recommend everytime. The pizza has been hot and fresh. The biggest problem i had in the past was overcooked. Not now. Absolutely awesome pizza. The delivery on both occasions have been prompt and hot.

Pizza Hut in Jonesborough is known for its great pizza and friendly staff. Customers often find good deals online, which is helpful given the high cost of dining out these days. However, the quality can be inconsistent, as one customer experienced a poor pepperoni, pork, and onion pizza that lacked flavor. The restaurant's response to the complaint was also considered unsatisfactory. Another customer had issues with an undercooked hand-tossed crust on a specialty veggie pizza, though a previous order of the same pizza was perfect.
