Food's always good, usually a little slow but I've seen times when there's only 2-3 workers in there and it's still a hundred times better than the one in Spruce Pine. Can't really vouch for the atmosphere as I've only ever used the drive
Not a bad place to grab a bite. A bit more expensive than McDonald’s but not near as much as Bojangles. Their hash browns tend to be pretty greasy; but they bake damn good biscuits.

This was the best food I've EVER gotten from a Hardee's anywhere. Admittedly I had doubts as to whether or not the food would be good at all due to the order being placed within 30 minutes of the business closing time. There was roughly an 8-10 minute wait for the order only because EVERYTHING was cooked fresh when I arrived to pickup my order. Thank you, thank you Burnsville Hardee's night shift, the food was delicious.
