“After a long night in the ER Thurs night into late Friday morning, I was a bit to tired to cook dinner, so my wife and I decided to just "grab a bite", my daughter requested Chick-fil-a so I drove to Tunnel Rd. As I pulled into line, I noticed the car in front of me had paid cash, and the young man seemed to have his hands full trying to organize everything. Having been in the food service industry years back I know it can sometimes feel a little intimidating when you have a hand full of cash and someone approaches you, so I hung back until he looked organized. When I did pull up Oscar briefly acknowledged what I had done, and the asked for my name to start my order. I was happy to see he realized why I did it, and figured that was the end of the matter. Just as I had finished with my order, and was ready to pull up, another gentleman (sorry did not get his name) approached me and also acknowledged what I had done, and thanked me for being courteous, I smiled just before he handed me a small card good for a free dessert saying something to the effect of "We like to acknowledge and reward when people act kindly". After a very, very long day, this was the ray of humanity I needed to get me through the rest of it. I hope both those gentlemen get a pat on the back.“

“I got a milkshake and it was delicious. The employee who took care of me was friendly and personable. The restaurant was clean. I like that you were able to put multiple flavors into the milkshake. I only went for that one item. It does seem expensive overall though for a fast food restaurants. It's $5 for a small fry, $11 for a cheeseburger, $6 for a grilled cheese. I enjoy going for a small treat but would not go for a full meal. They do have a vegetable sandwich and grilled cheese for vegetarian options. Amble parking in the lot was available.“

“The wife and I haven't had any Arby's in a long time we were out of town on a day trip we got hungry I saw a sign for Arby's and she said yes too she had the Ruben and I had the beef and cheddar 2 of them and curly fries we got it to go figured we would eat going down the highway but soon pulled over and sat in the shade . “They have the best whoppers in town. I also like whopper, Jr's. They have frozen coke cola, and It is good. I also like ice coffee. They are the nicest people. They serve us and are nice to us. The only thing I found I didn't like was the French fries were too salty. Other than that the employees were nice and the food was Great.

I believe her name is Macie. Also A++ employee. So Sonic. If you want those profitable stores back. Find more Antonio's and Macie's.“

“Best pizza in town, love being able to say exactly what should be on the pizza and where in the cafeteria-style ordering set-up, their assembly-line production works great. The dining area is a little echo-y and noisy, and I'm not always a fan of the music, which is too loud to have a conversation with more than the person sitting right next to you, but if it's nice, the outdoor patio is welcoming. I wish they'd bring back the garlic dough-knots!

Kid-friendliness: Kids love pizza. This is a no-brainer. Blaze is good about doing one half of a build-your-own for an adult, the other half for a kid.“

“I'll start by saying I go to McDonald's a couple times per year...and I usually regret it. Not the case here. The store is clean. The service is prompt and the food is hot. Not the usual McDonald's experience. I've been to this location 3 times in 3 years and it's been on point all 3 times. Will I eat there more frequently? No. But the next time I get the Mac attack I know the best option is on Hendersonville Road.“

“I love the food here and I love the fact that there is 2 lines so that means faster service. Milkshakes are phenomenal. I really wish they would open up the lobby longer than 4 hours a day tho. That's the only negative thing I have to say about this place. Other than that, this place is amazing and I eat here almost everyday!!!! Oh yeah I also wish they had an option of different size milkshakes. Cause I would totally pay an extra dollar or so for a bigger cup of my milk shake!!! At least 2 sizes .. normal & XL“

“My go-to McDonalds. This is one of the few McDonald's whose shakes have the right amount of syrup added (last time I checked). I drink a lot of milkshakes, and most McDonald's seem to get the ratio wrong (West Asheville and Weaverville, I'm looking at you). The woman who drives the purple car is also hilarious and pleasant to talk to. Food is usually pretty fresh. I've never experienced their ice cream machine down.“

“Food was good. Dining room was closed due to under staffed so we drove thru . Food took a little longer but it was hot so didn't mind the wait until the cashier got mad at us for pulling up and she had to walk 10 feet. I'd still go back for the food.“

“I visited this location a while ago and just got to writing a review. I was only reminded because I had a few questions before I put in an order today. I called the store and instantly got a manager who was very kind and informative. He was able to answer all my questions with no problems even with my two children screaming in the background about unrelated topics, they didn't want taco bell tonight but it doesn't matter because it's mommas choice tonight. Kids can get their McDonalds and Burger King when they have their own money for it. But going back on topic. All of my questions were perfectly answered and luckily everything I wanted tonight was ready and available, including my favorite burrito and drink! It's nice to feel like you can really have a conversation with someone as if you know them. I love this Taco Bell and can't wait to go back and see the enthusiastic smiling faces of the employees!

“MOD pizza is easily one of the best custom pizza places around. I got to a point I was paying for thicker crust at places like Blaze Pizza but I absolutely love the thin crust at MOD because they don't burn it and the taste is amazing. A variety of topping choices and gluten-free options as well!“

Kid-friendliness: There is NO play area, but they do or at least did at the time of this post have booster seats for kids. They offer tables with the height just right for kids that are able to sit by their selves to still reach their food! They have a single men's bathroom and a single woman's bathroom, which are spacious and have emergency bars if needed.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have the extra widened doors, handicapped bathrooms, handicapped parking spots. No stairs. There's plenty of room to move around, and the floor is going to be concrete outside.“

The store was never dirty but today it was noticeably very clean. My first thought that it was new management and sure enough, upon asking I was told that there was a recent management change. “The two fellows working were very slow and chatty. I was in a hurry to get moving and these guys were most definitely not in any kind of a hurry. However when I did finally get my sandwich, it was amazing. Like most people I've had my share of subway and it's typically decent food. You pretty much know what to expect anyways, but the sandwich I got at this subway was by far the very best subway sandwich I've ever had. It was so flavorful and filling, you could tell that these two fellows were making a sandwich as if they were making it for themselves. So if I could get a sandwich like that every time I went to subway I'd have absolutely no issues with a little bit of a wait. Superb sandwich guys, thank you.“
