Amazing!!!! We came to this restaurant because they offer corn smut (huitolocoche) as a vegetarian option. \n\nI ordered the quesadilla with the corn smut and it was excellent!!!! I’ve never tried it before and am so excited to add this to my menu. We asked and they get it fresh from Mexico. \n\nI ordered two tacos as well. Enjoyed their food a couple times. I don't know what it is, but their refried beans are so good! It's fun to browse in the attached market too.
This is the most authentic Mexican restaurant that i’ve been to. If you’re the average American looking to get Mexican food with “chips and dip” prior to ordering, look elsewhere. No chips or salsa was provided. They do not have sweet tea, it is only bottled or can drinks. The tacos were good. The atmosphere was mediocre.
