They were nice to my face, and then made my sandwich "light" without asking first. There were barely 3 jalapeños on it. Nice way to tell a body builder they are "fat"... Lmao I am in bulking season, and this was the worst sub I've ever had. This is not the jersey mikes I’m used to. They did not change gloves between using the register and making the sandwich. Even though there were four people in the store, they were more interested in making small talk between themselves than paying attention to what the customer needs. Did not even say thank you.

Had a difficult time placing my order due to 2 other employees being completely inconsiderate and unprofessional with there conversation being shouted across the restaurant most likely due to all of them wearing 1 or both headphones. It's clear that they cannot manage a professional or curtious environment without direct oversight which is lacking.
