Great location, try it out the new garlic pepperoni meatball sub, definitely worth it! District manager was actually on duty running the front lines which was awesome to see. It's always Great to see management participating in the tasks the staff has to do. It keeps their expectations realistic and keeps them grounded in what will actually help their staff.
I have been to this franchise many times since it opened a few years ago. I was so happy to get a Firehouse on my side of town. My sub of choice is the Italian and that’s what I had this time. My companion had a Firehouse Hero. Both were excellent, but missing something. They were out of tomatoes & didn’t tell us. Out of napkins too. Disappointing Firehouse Subs location. Visiting Asheville please be sure to look for another dining spot for lunch. We waited 20 minutes for our sandwiches. They were put together so sloppy and mine was made w TWO bottom hoagie pieces, all onions, no condiments. They only had small cups for the lunch combos. They get two stars for cleanliness. Otherwise, this was a very subpar experience and we will not be returning.
