Rude employees, mid atmosphere, and okay food. Honestly the food was alright but nothing crazy. My problem was with the customer service. They were honestly just rude. One of my friends who’s first language is not English was with us and has a hard time ordering. The staff acted like this was hugely out of the way and that she was a nuisance. Just really unfriendly and unwelcoming.

They were nice to my face, and then made my sandwich "light" without asking first. There were barely 3 jalapeños on it. Nice way to tell a body builder they are "fat"... Lmao I am in bulking season, and this was the worst sub I've ever had. I had to put my own mayonnaise and oil and vinegar on it and my own pickles because the order wasn't right ?✌️ never returning, but s/o to the most melanated young man on that team at that time today (1/27/24) who recommended a 56 which was exactly what I wanted (before I even figured that out for myself !) He is responsible for the 2 stars I gave to service, instead of 1. He saved me time. Jersey Mike's shift lead assaulted my taste buds and made me regret ever accepting a gift card for their establishment. Waste of dinner.

This is not the jersey mikes I’m used to. They did not change gloves between using the register and making the sandwich. Even though there were four people in the store, they were more interested in making small talk between themselves than paying attention to what the customer needs. Did not even say thank you.

Had a difficult time placing my order due to 2 other employees being completely inconsiderate and unprofessional with there conversation being shouted across the restaurant most likely due to all of them wearing 1 or both headphones. It's clear that they cannot manage a professional or curtious environment without direct oversight which is lacking.

Do not support this location. I was paying customer with tip. My phone was dead, my ride was late and they told me they weren’t allowed to call me a Uber or cab that I had cash and card to pay for. I won’t be supporting the humans that work here.

Just left the store. It was not the jersey Mike’s experience that I am use to. 1st never said welcome. 2. The person that was helping told me that there was not rosemary bread and never looked another employee had to inform him that there was actually some rosemary bread. The person that was helping me and multiple other employees had ear buds in while helping me with my order. He didn’t hear say things multiple times. So I suggested that he should take them out. This is when another employee says that they have had a rough day with $1,000 hour and the truck just came in. Which I was just hoping and expecting to be heard and treated like any other customer.This has not been the only time where I felt as though this Jersey mike’s has really slacked on their customer service skills. I hope this reaches the right people and that they improve their service.

Walked out. Im not one of those people who expect service workers to be happy little robots but there is some expectation of putting at least some effort into your job.. there was no line so I walked up and nobody looked up from what they were doing then a few moments later someone walks out the back and announces to the ether "be with you in a minute." I ask "are you talking to me?" Still no eye contact but yeah he says he is talking to me. Then proceeds to most lethargically clean a counter with red wine oil tubs on it again ignoring me and with the two other people going on as if they are npcs in a game and are specifically programmed to make sandwiches and nothing else. Im used to jersey mikes being a pretty energetic place. This was miserable so I just peaced out.

My husband had gotten subs togo from here...when i got home from work i opened my sub and there was a black hair sitting right on top. With further inspection i found another hair in the sub. Absolutely disgusting. Needless to say i didn't even eat the sub and was a waste of money. Don't even bother going here.

The ingredients are delicious but recently the employees always seem grumpy and apathetic about being there. The bread is cut wonky, the meats and cheese are thrown on, the veggies are just scattered on haphazardly and they drench your sub all over with the oil and vinegar. The main cashier we've encountered wants to rush you along to pay even when your still listing the ingredients you want and watching to make sure your sub is created somewhat decently. I've worked in customer service 10+ years and would NEVER treat customers the way these employees do. Although this store is much closer to my house it may be best to make the trek to a better location. Looking at other comments this seems to be a reoccurring theme with a lot of customers!

The staff working here should get proper training in customer service called "How to speak with people", they were not kind at all and manipulated the ingredients carelessly, I hope it won't happen to someone else :(
