I am a foodie/food-snob. I admit it. I am so often disappointed by my restaurant experiences. Last night, my partner and i had one of the best meals in Asheville we can remember. Bold, sensual, well-balanced dishes (somewhere in the neighborhood Charleston's Xiao Bar Biscuit). Off the hook (if a little pricey) wine list.
