“I have always received amazing service at Chick -fil-A. However this morning I decided to stop in at the Spartanburg Hwy location for the first time. Jordan actually restored my faith in customer satisfaction. I'm here at work now starting off the day in a good mood for the first time in I can't remember when. Fist bump Jordan!!??“
“Wow the wait was kinda long this morning, but then it made sense when we got the food and the chicken tenders were so flaky and delish. Plus the fries were just the right salty. Also, the employees were friendly and smiley. ☺ i can't complain ?“
“Went through the drive-thru, so I am not certain about the atmosphere, although the attendant at the window was exceptionally friendly and polite. Service was excellent, being both quick and accurate.Food is fast food, so there's only so much quality that can be reasonably expected, but it's certainly better than other fast/cheap options like 'The Golden Arches'. “After some Management changes and a few Crew changes, this Store has become exceptional in its service and Quality of food. I can say since I visit this Store at least Twice a week and have been since before the new GM took over. If you have any Issue's Shantel will resolve them in a Friendly respectful way.Vegetarian options: I'm not a Vegetarian, so I really don't know other than the Impossible Burger, what else is suited for a Vegetarian.Parking: There is Parking on the Handicap side of the Store as well as a Huge parking lot behind the Store.Kid-friendliness: Oriented to make children enjoy there visit and feel special as a King or QueenWheelchair accessibility: There is Handicap and wheelchair access on the opposite side of the Drive through.“
“I thought website prices were too good to be true... they are! Website has inaccurate prices. The "Order Online" 3rd-party website has accurate prices but Hot Dog World couldn't be bothered to update their own website. Then, they charge 59¢ credit card fee, so the "$7.49" combo I came here for ended up costing me $9.55. 5-star ambiance (not fancy, but old skool charming). But enclosed patio smelled like urinal mint. I wanted to get an ice cream cone but did not want to add 30% credit card penalty. Overall, I still loved the place. Wanted to give 5 stars. Just couldn't.“
