We visited during prime time on Sunday, and despite a long line, the experience was fantastic. They were short-staffed due to a call-in, so the team was impressively managing both the front desk and the drive-thru simultaneously.Having spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry myself, I know exactly how stressful that situation can be. When Bojangles do it right, they're amazing—and today they absolutely nailed it! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, the tater rounds were crispy, tasty dirty rice and the iced tea was refreshing. If they could consistently deliver this level of food quality with the right staff, like they have at this location, they deserve to have more than just one restaurant in the entire Northern Virginia area.
I stopped here during a road trip! Service was quick and friendly! Food was fresh and delicious!

Bojangles in Fletcher, located near the truck stop, offers hot and fresh biscuits, along with friendly staff. They serve breakfast all day. The food was freshly prepared on recent visits, making for a very pleasant experience. However, there have been instances of slow service and issues with food quality, such as a biscuit that was a little burnt or new wings that were very hard.
